ALIZES RH, cabinet de conseil en ressources humaines, accompagne son client dans le recrutement d'un Médecin Coordinateur Prescripteur (H/F) pour son établissement situé en Martinique, en CDI temps-partiel.

L'EHPAD Les GLIRICIDIAS est un établissement médico-social situé au François, accueillant 60 résidents dans un environnement sécurisé, verdoyant et bienveillant. La structure s'appuie sur une équipe pluridisciplinaire engagée au service de la qualité des soins, de la prévention de la perte d'autonomie et du respect du projet de vie de chaque résident.

Vos responsabilités

En tant que Médecin Coordonnateur Prescripteur, vous jouez un rôle central dans le pilotage médical et la qualité des prises en charge:

  • Piloter la coordination médicale de l'établissement: projet de soins, examen des dossiers de pré-admission, organisation et continuité des prises en charge, évaluation des besoins des résidents;
  • Assurer l'activité de prescription et le suivi des résidents, notamment en l'absence de médecin traitant, et gérer les situations complexes;
  • Contribuer à la qualité et à la sécurité des soins: gestion des risques, démarche qualité et suivi des indicateurs;
  • Participer au pilotage médico-économique: optimisation des prescriptions, contribution au budget soins et lien avec la pharmacie;
  • Accompagner les équipes soignantes: appui clinique, formation, participation aux instances pluridisciplinaires;
  • Assurer les relations avec les familles et les partenaires de santé dans une logique de parcours coordonné.

Votre profil

Titulaire du diplôme d'État de Docteur en médecine, vous disposez idéalement d'un DU ou d'une capacité en gériatrie, ou d'une expérience significative dans ce domaine, ainsi qu'une pratique en environnement médico-social ou en coordination de parcours de soins.

Vous maîtrisez les enjeux de la prise en charge gériatrique et le cadre réglementaire des EHPAD, et êtes en capacité de coordonner des acteurs pluridisciplinaires tout en contribuant aux démarches de gestion des risques et de qualité.

Reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, vous savez fédérer les équipes sans lien hiérarchique direct, faire preuve de pédagogie et accompagner le développement des compétences. Votre capacité d'analyse et de prise de décision en contexte complexe, votre aisance relationnelle, notamment avec les familles, ainsi que votre rigueur, votre discrétion et votre sens des responsabilités constituent des atouts essentiels pour réussir sur ce poste.
