ALIZES RH, cabinet de conseil en ressources humaines, accompagne l’un de ses clients, acteur reconnu de son secteur aux Antilles, dans le recrutement d’un(e) Responsable d'Agence (H/F).

Le poste

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Régionale, vous prenez la responsabilité complète d’une agence autonome, avec un rôle clé de pilotage de centre de profit. Vous êtes garant(e) de la performance commerciale, de la rentabilité, du management des équipes et du respect des exigences Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement.

Vos missions

Développement commercial

  • Déployer la stratégie commerciale et développer un portefeuille clients BtoB.
  • Piloter le Plan d’Actions Commerciales et négocier les conditions commerciales.
  • Représenter l’agence au sein de l’écosystème économique local.

Management et animation d’équipe

  • Manager, fédérer et développer les compétences d’une équipe d’environ 6 collaborateurs.
  • Organiser l’activité, fixer les objectifs et suivre la performance.

Gestion et pilotage

  • Piloter le centre de profit (budget, indicateurs financiers, reporting).
  • Optimiser les ressources, le parc matériel et les processus administratifs.

Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement

  • Garantir l’application des procédures QSE et réglementaires.
  • Veiller à la sécurité, à la conformité des équipements et à l’amélioration continue.

Profil recherché

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en commerce, gestion ou management, vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée dans la gestion d’un centre de profit et le management d’équipe. Orienté(e) résultats, vous disposez d’un solide sens du développement commercial et faites preuve de leadership, d’autonomie et de capacité de prise de décision.

À l’aise avec les outils de pilotage, les CRM et les systèmes de reporting, vous maîtrisez le suivi de la performance et des indicateurs d’activité. Le permis B est requis.
