D’abord spécialisée dans l’identification codes‑barres, l’entreprise a rapidement étendu son expertise et intervient aujourd’hui dans de multiples secteurs, en Guadeloupe, Martinique et Guyane.

C’est dans ce contexte de croissance et d’exigence opérationnelle que nous recrutons, pour notre client MTN Inventaires, un(e) Responsable Inventaire en CDI basé en Guadeloupe, prêt(e) à relever un défi stratégique et passionnant.

Votre rôle

Vous pilotez l’activité d’inventaire sur l’ensemble du département de la Guadeloupe et de ses dépendances, dans une posture proche de celle d’un responsable d’agence. Vous êtes à la fois le garant des procédures, l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients et le moteur du développement commercial. Vous assurez également le management opérationnel des équipes terrain pour garantir une organisation fluide, une exécution fiable et une montée en compétence continue.

Vos missions

  • Organiser, planifier et piloter les inventaires du département.
  • Définir les process avec les clients et assurer leur bonne mise en œuvre.
  • Encadrer et animer les chefs d’équipes et les collaborateurs terrain.
  • Réaliser les inventaires lorsque nécessaire.
  • Assurer la fiabilité opérationnelle : contrôle, analyse des écarts, cohérence des méthodes.
  • Prospecter, négocier et développer le portefeuille BtoB.
  • Représenter l’entreprise avec une présentation professionnelle et rassurante.
  • Travailler sur des cycles d’activité avec pics de charge, y compris en horaires décalés (soirs, week-ends).
  • Participer aux activités de merchandising (mise en rayon, dépotage, identification code-barres).

Votre profil

Vous êtes issu(e) de l’inventaire, de l’audit, de la comptabilité, du contrôle interne ou de la gestion de process, avec une vraie maîtrise des chiffres, de l’analyse d’écarts et de la rigueur opérationnelle. Vous êtes à l’aise en relation client, aussi bien en prospection qu’en RDV BtoB ou en négociation.

Organisé(e) et anticipateur(trice), vous savez structurer une activité cyclique et tenir le cap lors des périodes de forte charge. Votre leadership naturel vous permet de cadrer, poser des limites et tenir une posture claire.

Résistant(e) à la pression, doté(e) d’une présentation irréprochable et d’une posture rassurante, vous travaillez en autonomie, avec sens des responsabilités et mobilité.
