Notre client, une structure intervenant dans le secteur du logement social en Martinique, recrute son/sa Responsable de Coordination des Projets en CDD.

Ce recrutement s’inscrit dans une volonté de renforcer le pilotage opérationnel de l’organisation en appui direct à la Direction. Il répond à un besoin accru de cohérence, de coordination et d’efficacité dans la mise en œuvre des actions menées.

Ce poste stratégique vise notamment à : optimiser la coordination des équipes, assurer un suivi structuré des activités et des projets, développer l’analyse des résultats et des indicateurs clés, impulser une démarche d’amélioration continue, et contribuer à l’optimisation des processus internes pour soutenir l’atteinte des objectifs globaux de la structure.

Vos missions :

Afin de renforcer la capacité de pilotage opérationnel de l’association, ce poste est positionné en fonction support auprès de la Direction et répond à une double mission :

  • coordonner et animer les équipes en assurant le pilotage des activités, le suivi des objectifs et la coordination quotidienne ;
  • appuyer la Direction dans le suivi des indicateurs de performance, afin de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs stratégiques et la mise en œuvre du programme d’actions annuel.

À ce titre, et rattaché(e) directement à la Direction, vous aurez la responsabilité de développer, actualiser et fiabiliser les outils de pilotage, notamment pour produire des analyses et des synthèses à forte valeur ajoutée destinées à la Direction.

Vous accompagnerez également l’appropriation et l’utilisation des outils collaboratifs, identifierez les éventuels dysfonctionnements et assurerez une veille active sur les innovations organisationnelles et les outils numériques permettant d’améliorer la performance interne.

Votre profil :

De formation supérieure (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en gestion de projet, management des organisations, pilotage d’activités ou dans un domaine connexe, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative sur des fonctions de coordination ou d’appui à la Direction.

Vous maîtrisez les outils d’analyse et de suivi d’activité, la production de reportings et de tableaux statistiques, et vous savez travailler en transversalité avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires. Une expérience au sein d’une structure associative constituerait un réel atout.

Votre sens de l’anticipation, votre autonomie et votre rigueur, associés à votre capacité à fédérer, à travailler en collectif et à faciliter les échanges, constituent de réels atouts pour ce poste. Celui-ci requiert également un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ainsi qu’une véritable curiosité. Vous disposez par ailleurs de compétences confirmées sur la suite Office (Excel avancé, Word, PowerPoint), ainsi que sur les CRM et les plateformes collaboratives.

Vous contribuerez activement à une structure en pleine évolution, soucieuse de sa performance et de son impact. Vous aurez l’opportunité de jouer un rôle central dans l’atteinte des objectifs stratégiques et d’accompagner en fonctionnel les équipes vers plus d’efficience et de cohérence.
