Alizés RH, cabinet de recrutement ancré en Martinique, accompagne son client POSH, enseigne reconnue pour son positionnement chic et premium, dans le recrutement d’un(e) Responsable Adjoint(e) de Boutique. Véritable bras droit de la Responsable, vous participez activement au développement du chiffre d’affaires et à l’excellence de l’expérience client.

Votre mission

Ambassadeur(rice) de l’univers POSH, vous pilotez la performance commerciale de la boutique en garantissant un service haut de gamme et personnalisé. Présent(e) sur le terrain, vous insufflez une dynamique de vente positive, fédérez l’équipe et contribuez à faire de POSH une référence incontournable du commerce élégant en Martinique.

Vos responsabilités

  • Accueillir, conseiller et fidéliser une clientèle exigeante
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance et proposer des actions commerciales
  • Participer à la formation et à l’animation de l’équipe de vente
  • Garantir la parfaite tenue de la boutique (merchandising, stocks, image)
  • Offrir une expérience client premium et gérer les réclamations avec professionnalisme

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée en vente (idéalement prêt‑à‑porter ou chaussures)
  • Fort tempérament commercial et goût du challenge
  • Excellente présentation et sens aigu du service client
  • Leadership naturel, esprit d’équipe et exemplarité sur le terrain
  • Dynamique, organisé(e) et proactif(ve)
  • À l’aise avec les réseaux sociaux (atout apprécié)
