Reconnue pour la fiabilité et la qualité de ses prestations, l'entreprise poursuit son développement et recherche son futur Responsable d'Agence Inventaire (H/F) en CDI, basé en Guadeloupe.

Votre mission

Véritable entrepreneur(e) de votre secteur, vous assurez le pilotage global de l'activité en Guadeloupe. À la tête de l'agence, vous êtes responsable de son développement commercial, de la gestion opérationnelle des prestations, de la satisfaction client et du management des équipes.

Garant(e) de la performance économique et de la qualité de service, vous contribuez activement à la croissance de l'entreprise tout en veillant à l'excellence opérationnelle des missions réalisées.

Vos responsabilités

Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous assurez le développement et le pilotage de l'activité en Guadeloupe. Véritable relais local de l'entreprise, vous êtes responsable de la performance commerciale, opérationnelle et humaine de votre agence.

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients professionnels tout en prospectant de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs d'activité et de rentabilité de l'agence.
  • Assurer la gestion commerciale de l'agence : rendez-vous clients, négociation des prestations et suivi de la satisfaction.
  • Organiser, planifier et piloter l'ensemble des activités d'inventaire sur le territoire.
  • Garantir la qualité des prestations, le respect des procédures et l'atteinte des objectifs de performance.
  • Encadrer, animer et accompagner les équipes afin de favoriser leur engagement et leur montée en compétences.
  • Superviser les opérations d'inventaire et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires pour assurer l'excellence opérationnelle.
  • Participer ponctuellement aux activités terrain et maintenir une présence régulière auprès des clients et des équipes.

Votre profil

Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans la gestion d'une agence, d'un centre de profit ou d'une activité de services. Développeur(se) commercial(e) dans l'âme, vous maîtrisez la prospection, la négociation et la fidélisation d'une clientèle BtoB.

Manager reconnu(e), vous savez fédérer vos équipes, piloter l'activité avec rigueur et atteindre vos objectifs dans un environnement exigeant. Organisé(e), autonome et orienté(e) résultats, vous alliez leadership, sens du service client et excellente aisance relationnelle. Une expérience dans les secteurs de la distribution, de la logistique, des services aux entreprises ou de l'inventaire serait appréciée.
