Dans ce contexte, nous les accompagnons dans le recrutement d'un Responsable des Ventes (H/F) afin de structurer, piloter et accélérer la performance commerciale de l'entreprise.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous êtes responsable de la stratégie commerciale et de l'atteinte des objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise. Vous encadrez et animez l'équipe commerciale afin de développer durablement l'activité. Vous devrez :

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie commerciale afin de soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise et développer de nouveaux marchés.
  • Piloter la performance commerciale à travers le suivi des indicateurs, l'analyse des résultats et la mise en œuvre des plans d'actions nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs.
  • Manager et accompagner l'équipe commerciale en fixant les objectifs, en développant les compétences et en favorisant une culture de la performance.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différents services et garantir la fiabilité des données ainsi que l'utilisation optimale des outils de gestion commerciale

Profil recherché

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en commerce, gestion ou management (Bac+3 à Bac+5), vous justifiez d'une solide expérience dans le développement commercial et le management d'équipes. Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente et de négociation, ainsi que le pilotage de la performance commerciale à travers l'analyse d'indicateurs et l'utilisation d'outils CRM et ERP.

Reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à fédérer les équipes autour d'objectifs ambitieux, vous faites également preuve d'un fort esprit d'analyse et d'une véritable culture du résultat. Une expérience dans les secteurs de l'agriculture, de l'environnement, de l'industrie ou de la distribution professionnelle constituera un atout apprécié.
