Description du poste

L’Expert Technique Applicatif / BA intervient sur des applications industrielles critiques, à fort niveau de complexité fonctionnelle et technique. Sa mission est double :

  • Sécuriser la continuité des projets stratégiques, notamment l’upgrade DOF.
  • Garantir la qualité des solutions avant leur transfert en nearshore.

Il intervient dans des environnements à forte visibilité, où l’autonomie et la fiabilité sont déterminantes.

1. Contribution technique experte (projets et RUN)

  • Apporter une expertise technique approfondie sur les projets et le RUN applicatif industriel.
  • Contribuer à l’analyse technique et fonctionnelle des besoins liés à l’upgrade DOF.
  • Participer aux choix techniques et sécuriser les phases de montée de version, de tests et de mise en production.

2. Support aux équipes internes

  • Accompagner les équipes durant les phases critiques de projet.
  • Assurer le support expert de niveau 3 : analyse des incidents complexes, cause racine, correctifs.

3. Fonction BA : analyse et formalisation

  • Recueillir et formaliser les besoins métiers et les règles de gestion.
  • Faire le lien entre les équipes métiers et techniques.
  • Contribuer aux spécifications, aux scénarios de test et à la recette.

4. Capitalisation et transfert vers le nearshore

  • Documenter les connaissances techniques et fonctionnelles du périmètre.

Qualifications

Bac+ 5 en informatique avec avec 10 ans et plus d’expérience IT en delivery applicative et en environnements d’endpoint management d’entreprise.

Compétences requises

Compétences techniques et fonctionnelles

  • Expertise technique applicative approfondie sur environnement industriel complexe.
  • Expérience confirmée d’upgrades et de migrations sur des applications critiques.
  • Maîtrise de l’analyse de besoins et de la rédaction de spécifications (volet BA).
  • Connaissance de la technologie sous-jacente à DOF.

Connaissances métier

  • Connaissance des processus industriels (production, maintenance, logistique, qualité).
  • Expérience de transition ou de transfert vers une équipe nearshore.

Savoir-être

  • Séniorité, forte autonomie, capacité à intervenir sur des sujets à forte visibilité.
  • Aisance relationnelle avec des équipes multiples et multiculturelles.
  • Rigueur, sens de la documentation, pédagogie.
