Description du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de l’agence ALTEN Nord, nous recrutons en CDI un(e) Ingénieur(e) Qualité (H/F) pour intervenir dans le secteur des transports.

Missions principales

  • Détecter les non-conformités ;
  • Gérer les crises qualités (mise en place de protections clients, analyse et résolution de problème, plans d’actions ...) ;
  • Participer au développement projet par l’application des standards qualité ;
  • Réaliser les inspections des premiers échantillons pour validation des jalons projet ;
  • Participer à l’amélioration de la qualité globale ;
  • Animer des réunions ;
  • Suivre des fournisseurs de l’appel d’offre jusqu’à l’acceptation du premier article.

Qualifications

Formation / Expérience

  • Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un master (Bac+5) en qualité
  • Minimum 1 an (stage/alternance compris) d’expérience sur des problématiques qualité, idéalement dans le secteur industriel des transports (automobile, ferroviaire ou aéronautique)

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissance dans :les outils qualité (8D, AMDEC, QRQC, 5P, PDCA, Ishikawa…); les méthodes d’audit (interne, fournisseur)

Softskills

  • Appétence terrain ;
  • Aisance oral
  • Connaissance du monde industriel

Langues

  • Maîtrise professionnelle de l’Anglais (écrit et oral)
