Zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden Teams, suchen wir weitere Mitreisende wie Dich als Controller in Vollzeit. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört:

  • Die Erstellung, Analyse und Aufbereitung des regelmäßigen Berichtswesens und relevanter Unternehmenskennzahlen als Grundlage für die Unternehmenssteuerung sowie vorbereitende Arbeiten für den Jahresabschluss
  • Die Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Moderation von Steuerungs- und Abstimmungsgesprächen auf Basis der relevanten Kennzahlen und Analysen
  • Die Erstellung von Forecasts, Reports und Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Aufbereitung betriebswirtschaftlicher Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Die Abwicklung und Vorbereitung abrechnungsrelevanter Themen, insbesondere Gehaltsabrechnungen inklusive variabler Vergütungsbestandteile, Bonusermittlung und Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Die Verantwortung für die laufenden kaufmännischen Abrechnungsprozesse, darunter die Prüfung und Zahlung von Freiberuflerrechnungen und Provisionsvereinbarungen, die Rechnungsstellung für Kundenprojekte sowie die Abstimmung mit dem Buchhaltungsbüro
  • Die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und aktive Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Verantwortungsbereichs

So sehen wir Dich

  • Du verfügst über ein abge­schlos­senes betriebs­wirt­schaft­li­ches Studium oder eine vergleich­bare Quali­fi­ka­tion, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Controlling
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Control­ling, Reporting oder Berichts­wesen mit
  • Du verfügst über aus­ge­prägte analy­ti­sche Fähig­keiten, eine hohe Zahlen­af­fi­nität sowie eine struk­tu­rierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungs­ori­en­tierte Arbeits­weise
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und kennzahlenbasierte Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Du bringst sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen mit
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
