Lanzamos “Base de Talento Comercial”, una iniciativa pensada para conectar con perfiles comerciales con hambre de crecimiento, actitud, carisma, autonomía y foco en resultados.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Ejecutivos/as de Ventas para nuestras sucursales en:

📍 CABA: Caballito, Barrio Norte, Microcentro, Villa del Parque y Barracas.

📍 GBA: Lomas de Zamora, La Plata, General Rodríguez, San Isidro, Pilar, Quilmes y San Miguel.

Vas a ser protagonista del crecimiento de Medifé, acercando nuestras soluciones de cobertura médica a nuevos asociados a través de un asesoramiento cercano, profesional y orientado a resultados.

Tu día a día va a incluir:

🚀 Generar oportunidades desde cero, tanto de manera presencial como digital.

🤝 Prospectar nuevos clientes y construir tu propia cartera.

💬 Asesorar, cotizar y acompañar a cada potencial asociado durante todo el ciclo de venta.

📲 Gestionar leads provenientes de distintos canales, con foco en conversión.

🧩 Registrar y dar seguimiento a la actividad comercial en CRM.

📊 Analizar el mercado y la competencia para potenciar tu estrategia comercial.

Requisitos

¿Qué te va a hacer brillar en este rol?

📍Contar con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en venta de servicios o productos intangibles (Excluyente)

👥Ideal contar con cartera propia. De no tenerla, será indispensable demostrar capacidad real de generar prospección desde cero, dado que la empresa no provee base de datos.

🎓Estudio secundario completo. (Excluyente)

💻Manejo profesional de redes sociales y venta digital.

⏰Disponibilidad full-time.

💼Notebook propia (Excluyente)
