Por eso queremos sumar un/a Jefe/a de Gestión de Riesgos que quiera ser protagonista en la evolución y fortalecimiento del modelo de gestión integral del grupo, como parte de la Gerencia de Proyectos Corporativos, acompañando tanto la operación como los procesos de transformación.

¿Cuál es el desafío?

La posición tendrá como misión la evolución y gobierno de los marcos de gestión de riesgos de la organización, promoviendo que las decisiones se tomen dentro de niveles de riesgo conocidos, aceptables y alineados a la estrategia del negocio.

Será responsable de integrar una mirada transversal sobre los riesgos operativos, asistenciales, regulatorios, financieros, tecnológicos y reputacionales, impulsando mecanismos de prevención, detección temprana, mitigación y aprendizaje.

A su vez, deberá brindar visibilidad ejecutiva sobre la exposición al riesgo, potenciales impactos y la efectividad de las medidas de mitigación, facilitando una toma de decisiones informada.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir apetito, tolerancia y límites de riesgo junto a la Dirección General.
  • Identificar, evaluar y priorizar riesgos en operación y procesos de cambio.
  • Monitorear desvíos críticos y detectar señales tempranas de riesgo.
  • Gestionar incidentes, analizar causas raíz y definir planes de acción para su mitigación efectiva.
  • Generar informes ejecutivos con foco en exposición residual y toma de decisiones.
  • Impulsar una cultura organizacional basada en la prevención y el aprendizaje.

Alcance

La posición tendrá un rol transversal, articulando con áreas asistenciales, operativas, legales, regulatorias, financieras y tecnológicas, integrando el criterio de riesgo tanto en la operación como en la transformación del negocio.

  • Reducir la exposición a riesgos críticos y su impacto operativo y reputacional.
  • Fortalecer la toma de decisiones basada en datos y criterios de riesgo.
  • Impulsar la madurez organizacional en gestión de riesgos.

Requisitos

Requisitos

  • Formación en Ingeniería, Administración, Economía, Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Deseable posgrado en Gestión de Riesgos, Compliance o Auditoría.
  • Experiencia de +5 años en gestión de riesgos, auditoría, control interno o roles similares.
  • Experiencia en entornos de alta complejidad operativa y regulatoria.
  • Conocimiento de marcos como ISO 31000, COSO ERM o similares.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas analíticas y de gestión.
