¿Cuál es el desafío?

Como Ejecutivo/a de Ventas, tu misión será captar nuevos asociados, comercializando nuestros planes de cobertura médica y asegurando una experiencia de asesoramiento cercana, profesional y efectiva.

Principales responsabilidades

  • 🔍Prospección activa presencial y/o digital de nuevos clientes individuales y corporativos, gestionando el proceso completo de venta: presupuestación por segmento, cierre y documentación para el alta.
  • 📞Recepción y gestión de leads provenientes de distintos canales, asegurando una respuesta oportuna y orientada al cierre.
  • 💼Registro y seguimiento de la gestión comercial en CRM, garantizando trazabilidad y eficiencia en cada interacción.
  • 🔎Análisis de la competencia y reporte de acciones del mercado, aportando información clave para mejorar las estrategias comerciales y potenciar los resultados del equipo.

Requisitos

Requisitos

🎯Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en venta de servicios o productos intangibles | Excluyente.

👥Ideal contar con cartera propia. De no tenerla, será indispensable demostrar capacidad real de generar prospección desde cero, dado que la empresa no provee base de datos.

🎓Estudios secundarios completos.

💻Manejo profesional de redes sociales y venta digital.

⏰Disponibilidad full-time.
