¿Cuál es el desafío?

Brindar atención de enfermería directa e integral a los pacientes, bajo los lineamientos estratégicos de Seguridad y Atención Centrada en la Persona, garantizando la calidad del cuidado y acompañando la experiencia asistencial dentro del Sanatorio.

Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran:

Realizar la atención y seguimiento integral de los pacientes, aplicando técnicas y procedimientos propios de la práctica de enfermería.

Interpretar información clínica, evaluar alternativas y elaborar planes de cuidado de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada paciente.

Actuar en situaciones habituales y de emergencia, tomando decisiones oportunas y articulando con el equipo médico y asistencial.

Realizar registros correspondientes, pases de guardia y mantener una comunicación efectiva con los distintos equipos del área.

Aplicar metodologías de trabajo alineadas a los programas de calidad y seguridad del paciente.

Colaborar en el control de insumos, organización del sector y cumplimiento de los procesos establecidos.

Participar en instancias de orientación, capacitación y mejora continua vinculadas al cuidado asistencial.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

🎓 Licenciado/a en Enfermería y/o Enfermero/a Profesional con título y matrícula nacional habilitante. Excluyente.

✔ Mínimo de experiencia : 2 años

🎯 Profesionales con experiencia en áreas como UCA, UCO, UTI, Internación General, Emergencias y/o Pediatría.

✔ Se valorará formación complementaria en RCP, emergentología y/o áreas afines.

💻 Manejo de Paquete Office.

📍 Residir en CABA y/o zonas aledañas.

📌 Modalidad de contratación: contamos con distintas alternativas de incorporación, de acuerdo con la necesidad del servicio, la posición a cubrir y el perfil seleccionado.

⏲️ Horarios disponibles: SADOFE, TM, TT y TN.
