En Medifé buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a Comercial con iniciativa, autonomía y ganas de desarrollar nuevos clientes individuales y corporativos.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

🔍 Prospectar nuevos clientes a través de redes sociales, referidos, contactos, acciones presenciales y canales digitales.

🤝 Escuchar cada necesidad y asesorar sobre el plan de cobertura médica más adecuado.

🚀 Gestionar el proceso comercial completo: contacto, propuesta, negociación, cierre y documentación para el alta.

📲 Recibir y gestionar leads, complementándolos con acciones de prospección propia para ampliar tu cartera.

💻 Registrar y dar seguimiento a las oportunidades en CRM.

📊 Observar el mercado y aportar información que ayude a potenciar la estrategia comercial.

Requisitos

🎯 Experiencia mínima de tres años en venta de servicios o productos intangibles. Excluyente.

👥 Contar con cartera propia será valorado. De no tenerla, necesitaremos que puedas demostrar experiencia en prospección y generación de nuevos clientes.

🎓 Estudios secundarios completos.

📱 Manejo profesional de redes sociales, WhatsApp y herramientas de venta digital.

💻 Conocimientos de CRM y notebook propia.

⏰ Disponibilidad full-time.
