Auch künftig setzt ORARA ihren Wachstumskurs über organische Entwicklung (neue Mitarbeiter, neue Standorte, vertriebliche Synergien) sowie insbesondere strategische Expansionsmöglichkeiten im Zuge von Fusionen und Übernahmen (M&A) fort.

Daher suchen wir dich als (Senior) Finance Manager (m/w/d), um das Wachstum der ORARA-Gruppe maßgeblich mitzugestalten.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Als Mitglied der ORARA Holding verantwortest du das laufende Finanz- und Performance Reporting der Gruppe und gestaltest die Strategie der Gruppe aktiv mit.
  • Du verantwortest das Controlling sowie strategische und operative Prozesse, u.a. die Konsolidierung der Gesellschaften, die Entwicklung der Finanzabteilung durch die Einführung von digitalisierten und standardisierten Prozessen, etc.
  • Du erstellst und koordinierst den Planungs-, Budgetierungs- und Forecasting-Prozess.
  • Du bist wichtiger Sparringpartner für AUCTUS und arbeitest eng mit dem CEO der ORARA-Gruppe zusammen.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit einem kaufmännischen Hintergrund oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Accounting und Controlling, präferiert in mittelständischen Unternehmen, und/oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder einer (mittelständischen) Unternehmensberatung
  • Tiefe Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanzen und Reporting
  • Hands-on Mentalität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Mittelstandsaffinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Anwesenheit in unserem Büro in Düsseldorf (2-3x pro Woche)
