Tu es la personne qui garde tout en ordre et qui fait avancer les choses? On te cherche. Chez Avizia RH, l'adjoint(e) de direction est le moteur discret derrière une équipe qui carbure. Tu jongles avec les chiffres, les agendas et les imprévus sans jamais échapper une balle — et tu aimes ça.

Ce que tu vas faire

Comptabilité au quotidien Gestion des comptes payables et recevables : saisie des factures, suivi des paiements, relances aux clients, conciliation et petite caisse. Tu es à l'aise avec les chiffres et rien ne t'échappe.

Gestion d'agenda Tu orchestres les calendriers de la direction : rendez-vous, réunions, déplacements, rappels. Tu anticipes les conflits d'horaire avant qu'ils arrivent.

Organisation & logistique Tu structures les dossiers, tiens les échéanciers à jour et gardes le bureau (physique et numérique) impeccable. Tu prépares réunions, comptes rendus et suivis.

Réception téléphonique & accueil Tu es la première voix d'Avizia : accueil des appels, filtrage, redirection et réponse aux demandes courantes avec professionnalisme et le sourire.

Soutien administratif Rédaction et mise en forme de documents, gestion du courrier et des courriels, commandes de fournitures, classement et archivage. Le genre de tâches qui font tourner la machine.

Appui à l'équipe de recrutement Coordination des entrevues, mise à jour des candidatures dans notre système, préparation des dossiers candidats, affichage des postes et suivi administratif des embauches. Tu es un vrai bras droit pour l'équipe.

Et tout le reste qui a du sens Coordination d'événements et de rencontres d'équipe, préparation de présentations, soutien aux ressources humaines (dossiers employés, suivi des vacances), et ce petit coup de main qui fait la différence quand ça déborde.

Ce qu'on cherche chez toi

  • Expérience pertinente en soutien administratif, adjoint(e) ou comptabilité (un atout : les deux!)
  • À l'aise avec les comptes payables/recevables et les notions comptables de base
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) et facilité à apprendre de nouveaux outils
  • Bilinguisme obligatoire (français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit)
  • Sens de l'organisation redoutable et souci du détail
  • Discrétion et gestion des informations confidentielles
  • Autonomie, débrouillardise et attitude positive
  • Capacité à jongler avec plusieurs priorités sans perdre ton calme
