Notre partenaire, une entreprise bien établie dans le domaine de la construction, souhaite ajouter un(e) adjoint(e) de projet à son équipe.

C'est un rôle pour quelqu'un qui aime être impliqué dans le quotidien des projets, travailler avec plusieurs intervenants et devenir une personne de confiance pour l'équipe. Les journées sont variées, les priorités peuvent bouger rapidement et ton sens de l'organisation fera une vraie différence.

Ton rôle

Tu travailleras en collaboration avec l'équipe de projets afin d'assurer le bon suivi des dossiers, de l'information et des différentes étapes administratives liées aux projets de construction.

L'objectif : permettre aux équipes de rester concentrées sur leurs projets en sachant que les suivis sont faits, que les documents sont à jour et que rien d'important ne tombe entre deux chaises.

Au quotidien, tu auras à

  • Assurer le suivi administratif de différents projets;
  • Préparer, organiser et mettre à jour la documentation nécessaire;
  • Effectuer les suivis auprès des différents intervenants;
  • Soutenir l'équipe dans la préparation de dossiers et documents liés aux projets;
  • Participer au suivi de certaines demandes, modifications et échéances;
  • Maintenir les dossiers de projets bien structurés;
  • Donner un coup de main sur différentes priorités de l'équipe selon les besoins.

  • Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et fiable;
  • Tu as le réflexe de faire tes suivis sans qu'on ait à te relancer;
  • Tu es capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle;
  • Tu t'adaptes bien lorsque les priorités changent;
  • Tu communiques facilement et professionnellement;
  • Tu es autonome, débrouillard(e) et tu aimes trouver des solutions;
  • Tu apprécies travailler en équipe et être impliqué(e) dans les projets.

Ton bagage

  • Expérience dans un rôle d'adjoint(e) de projet, de soutien administratif ou de coordination;
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la construction, un atout important;
  • Bonne aisance avec les outils informatiques et la gestion de documents;
  • Capacité à comprendre rapidement de nouveaux processus et façons de travailler.
