Anjou, Montréal | Industrie manufacturière – vitrerie

Le rôle

Nous recherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) à la maintenance senior pour une entreprise manufacturière spécialisée en vitrerie située dans l'est de Montréal (Anjou).

Il s'agit dun rôle 360, très terrain, combinant production, maintenance, amélioration continue et gestion d'équipe. La personne recherchée sera un véritable référent technique, capable de mettre la main à la pâte tout en structurant les opérations et en accompagnant l'évolution des équipements et des lignes de production.

Responsabilités principales

  • Coordonner et exécuter les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements de production
  • Intervenir directement en production comme expert technique (diagnostic, résolution de problèmes, optimisation)
  • Planifier et prioriser les travaux de maintenance selon les besoins opérationnels
  • Gérer, encadrer et mobiliser l'équipe de maintenance (répartition des tâches, suivi, coaching)
  • Participer à l'implantation ou à l'amélioration de lignes de production, dautomatisation ou de changements verts
  • Collaborer avec des consultants externes, fournisseurs et sous-traitants
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue, à la fiabilité des équipements et à la performance globale de lusine
  • Assurer le respect des normes de santé et sécurité et des bonnes pratiques industrielles

Profil recherché

  • Expérience senior en maintenance industrielle, idéalement en milieu manufacturier (vitrerie ou transformation, un atout)
  • Forte capacité à être opérationnel sur le plancher, sans se limiter à un rôle administratif
  • Expérience concrète en gestion ou coordination déquipe
  • Excellente compréhension des équipements de production et de l'automatisation
  • À l'aise avec les projets de modernisation, d'optimisation ou de transition énergétique
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des équipes internes et des intervenants externes
  • Autonomie, leadership, jugement et approche orientée solutions
