Als HR Data, Analytics & Reporting Lead ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, professionaliseren en beheren van de HR data-, analytics- en reportingfunctie binnen Ballast Nedam. Je creëert één centrale regie op alle HR-data, rapportages en workforce analytics en zorgt ervoor dat management en directie kunnen sturen op betrouwbare inzichten.

In deze nieuwe sleutelrol maak je de stap van versnipperde data naar één betrouwbare bron van informatie. Je vertaalt complexe HR-data naar heldere stuurinformatie en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan strategische besluitvorming, compliance en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze HR-organisatie.

Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

  • Centrale HR-dataomgeving beheren en doorontwikkelen;
  • HR en lijnmanagement voorzien van data-analyses en stuurinformatie;
  • Strategische workforce planning ondersteunen;
  • HR data governance en datakwaliteit waarborgen;
  • Compliance- en ESG-rapportages verzorgen;
  • Dashboards en rapportages automatiseren en optimaliseren;
  • Datagedreven besluitvorming binnen HR en de business stimuleren.

Wat breng jij mee

  • HBO werk en denkniveau; bij voorkeur in HR, Bedrijfskunde, Data Analytics of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen HR Analytics, HR Reporting, Workforce Analytics of HR Data Management;
  • Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van dashboards, rapportages en datagedreven stuurinformatie;
  • Kennis van HR-systemen, bij voorkeur AFAS, en ervaring met Power BI of vergelijkbare BI-tools;
  • Uitstekende Excel vaardigheden;
  • Affiniteit met ESG-, CSRD- en workforce reporting;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe data te vertalen naar heldere inzichten en adviezen;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met HR, Finance en management;
  • We verwachten dat je dankzij jouw ervaring snel operationeel bent en zelfstandig kunt functioneren.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Salaris van €4.800.- tot € 6.000,- bruto per 4 weken (€ 5.200,- €6.500,- bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband);
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid, dat eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
