Компания построила собственную платформенную модель поиска, запуска и масштабирования товаров и за последние годы продемонстрировала кратный рост бизнеса. Сегодня технологии являются не сервисной функцией, а одним из ключевых драйверов дальнейшего роста компании. Роль предполагает участие в формировании стратегии бизнеса вместе с собственниками, создание единой технологической платформы и масштабирование операционной модели компании без пропорционального роста команды. Обязанности Формирование и реализация технологической стратегии компании в связке с бизнес-целями и финансовыми показателями. Построение единой архитектуры данных и сквозной модели экономики продукта на всех этапах жизненного цикла. Руководство разработкой внутренних платформ, систем автоматизации и аналитических решений. Создание масштабируемой организационной модели функции IT и данных, включая развитие команды и структуры управления. Повышение уровня автоматизации ключевых процессов: аналитика, закупки, логистика, ценообразование, управление ассортиментом и операциями. Развитие платформы принятия решений на основе данных, AI/ML и интеллектуальной автоматизации. Проведение архитектурной и организационной трансформации без остановки текущего бизнеса. Участие в проработке международного масштабирования и новых цифровых продуктовых направлений. Requirements Опыт работы в роли CTO, CPTO, Chief Digital Officer или аналогичной позиции не менее 5 лет. Подтвержденный опыт управления несколькими функциями и руководителями, а не только инженерной командой. Опыт разработки и реализации технологической стратегии на уровне компании. Сильный продуктовый и бизнес-бэкграунд, понимание unit economics и влияния технологий на финансовый результат. Опыт масштабирования быстрорастущих цифровых бизнесов, маркетплейсов, e-commerce, fintech или data-driven компаний. Практический опыт организационных и архитектурных трансформаций в действующем бизнесе. Глубокая экспертиза в области платформенной разработки, данных, интеграций и автоматизации процессов. Опыт построения сильных инженерных команд и развития лидеров. Умение работать на уровне собственников, CEO и управляющих органов компании. Способность сочетать стратегическое мышление с глубоким пониманием технологий и архитектуры решений.
