Задачи Разработка и реализация стратегии развития электронной коммерции Управление и развитие онлайн-каналов продаж Обеспечение роста выручки, конверсии и ключевых KPI Развитие и оптимизация интернет-магазина и клиентского пути Формирование и развитие единой системы продаж между онлайн- и офлайн-каналами Анализ эффективности сайта, рекламных кампаний и поведения клиентов Формирование, развитие и управление командой электронной коммерции и интернет-маркетинга Внедрение и оптимизация бизнес-процессов в области электронной коммерции Управление внешними подрядчиками и технологическими решениями Поиск и внедрение современных инструментов для развития онлайн-бизнеса Взаимодействие с коммерческими, маркетинговыми, ИТ- и розничными подразделениями Requirements Опыт работы в электронной коммерции на руководящих позициях, желательно в сфере fashion retail Понимание современных тенденций электронной коммерции и омниканальных продаж Практический опыт развития интернет-магазинов и онлайн-продаж Знание инструментов интернет-маркетинга, CRM и performance marketing Понимание клиентского опыта, механизмов формирования спроса и повышения лояльности Опыт управления командой и построения эффективных процессов Знание современных подходов к управлению проектами и бизнес-процессами Сильные аналитические навыки и опыт управления на основе данных Высокий уровень ответственности, лидерские и коммуникационные навыки Benefits
