Локация: Баку, Азербайджан (вакансия предусматривает релокацию) Наш клиент — крупный и быстро развивающийся банк Азербайджана, активно инвестирующий в цифровую трансформацию сервисов для клиентов малого, среднего и корпоративного бизнеса. В рамках масштабирования бизнес-банкинга компания усиливает продуктовую функцию и приглашает Product Lead'a, который будет отвечать за развитие комплексного клиентского опыта в SME & Corporate сегменте. Обязанности — Формирование продуктовой стратегии и проведение discovery: исследование потребностей SME/Corporate клиентов, анализ конкурентов, определение возможностей роста и создание outcome-based roadmap. — Совместная с бизнес-командой работа над коммерческими целями: определение тарифов и пакетов, управление доходностью, анализ процентных и комиссионных потоков, контроль использования, churn и unit-экономики. — Полное управление roadmap: формирование квартальных планов, приоритизация, регулярная коммуникация со стейкхолдерами, презентация прогресса и результатов. — Руководство командами delivery: постановка приоритетов для дизайна, разработки, QA и аналитики; обеспечение качества через понятные критерии готовности и завершенности. — Проектирование и улучшение клиентских путей: подготовка требований и прототипов, сокращение количества шагов, ускорение обработки, повышение success rate по ключевым процессам — платежи, валютные операции, кредитование, trade finance, onboarding/KYC, payroll, acquiring, обслуживание счетов. — Управление взаимодействием с внешними вендорами и поставщиками. — Использование данных для принятия решений: анализ воронок, активности, времени обработки, инцидентов; развитие дашбордов и предоставление понятных аналитических материалов для руководства. — Соблюдение регуляторных, комплаенс- и security-требований, интеграция их в процессы без ухудшения клиентского опыта. Требования — 5+ лет опыта в бизнес-банкинге и минимум 3+ года в роли Product Owner / Product Manager в сегменте SME или Corporate. — Практическое понимание кредитных продуктов и trade finance (аккредитивы, гарантии). — Навыки управления кросс-функциональными командами, умение выстраивать приоритизацию под давлением и соблюдать сроки. — Уверенное владение аналитикой: конверсионные воронки, использование продуктов, доходность, поведение клиентов. — Приветствуется опыт в digital-финтехах и необанках для бизнеса. — Обязательное владение английским и русским языками.
