Наш клиент, один из крупнейших частных банков Узбекистана, проходит через этап масштабной стратегической трансформации и находится в поиске Директора по технологиям розничного бизнеса. Основной вектор развития — превращение в технологического лидера отрасли с применением best digital practices. В связи с амбициозными планами по расширению ИТ-департамента и переходом на новую целевую архитектуру, мы ищем сильного локального лидера, который возглавит розничный ИТ-блок и обеспечит технологическое развитие розничного направления. Директор по технологиям розничного бизнеса (CTO Retail Banking) - это ключевой технологический партнер розничного бизнеса, он подчиняется Директору ИТ-блока (CTO банка). Ключевые задачи Технологическое лидерство: Определение и реализация технологической стратегии направления Retail. Управление всеми командами разработки, обеспечивающими работу розничного бизнеса. Масштабирование инженерной организации: масштабирование команд разработки без потери качества; развитие сильной управленческой вертикали (Engineering Managers, Team Leads, Architects); внедрение современных инженерных практик; повышение эффективности процессов разработки; Ускорение TTM совершенствовать процессы разработки; сокращать цикл вывода продукта от идеи до Production; внедрять современные Agile-практики; развивать CI/CD и DevOps; повышать скорость принятия технических решений; улучшать взаимодействие между бизнесом и IT. Управление разработкой: Ответственность за технологическое развитие мобильного банка; интернет-банка; карточного бизнеса; платежных сервисов; кредитных продуктов; депозитов; цифрового онбординга клиентов; CRM; цифровых каналов обслуживания; интеграций с Core Banking. Архитектурное развитие: Совместное с архитекторами банка развитие микросервисной архитектуры; API-first подход; развитие интеграционной платформы; повышение отказоустойчивости; масштабирование платформ; снижение технического долга; модернизация устаревших решений. Операционная эффективность: Обеспечение: высокой доступности сервисов; стабильности Production; производительности систем; автоматизации процессов разработки; мониторинга и наблюдаемости (Observability); эффективного управления технологическими рисками. Requirements Высшее техническое образование. Не менее 10 лет опыта в разработке программного обеспечения. Не менее 5 лет опыта управления крупными инженерными подразделениями. Опыт управления в организациях численностью до 200 инженеров (напрямую или через руководителей), масштабирования инженерных команд; Опыт построения современной инженерной организации, повышения производительности; Опыт с основными банковскими системами (Core Banking); мобильных банковских приложений; интернет-банкинга; платежных систем; карточного бизнеса; Обязательно постоянное проживание в Узбекистане и готовность работать в офисе в Ташкенте.
