Наш клиент - крупный российский non-food ритейлер. В связи со структурными изменениями компания формирует новую команду внутреннего аудита и усиливает экспертизу по ключевым направлениям бизнеса. Основные задачи Проводить внутренние аудиторские проверки по закрепленному функциональному направлению. Самостоятельно вести полный цикл аудита: от определения периметра и формирования программы проверки до подготовки итоговых выводов и рекомендаций. Анализировать бизнес-процессы, внутренние регламенты, системы контроля и ключевые зоны риска. Оценивать эффективность действующих контролей и соблюдение установленных процедур. Работать с большими массивами данных, выявлять отклонения, неэффективности и потенциальные финансовые потери. Взаимодействовать с владельцами бизнес-процессов и руководителями функциональных подразделений. Формировать практические рекомендации по снижению рисков и повышению эффективности процессов. Готовить аудиторские отчеты и презентовать результаты проведенных проверок. Контролировать выполнение согласованных корректирующих мероприятий. Участвовать в специальных проверках и проектах по запросу руководства. Требования Опыт работы во внутреннем аудите. Опыт самостоятельного проведения аудиторских проверок полного цикла. Обязательный опыт работы в крупной, устойчивой и системно выстроенной розничной компании. Понимание бизнес-процессов крупной распределенной розничной сети и взаимодействия центрального офиса, магазинов и функциональных подразделений. Сильные аналитические навыки и умение работать с большими объемами информации. Способность выявлять не только нарушения, но и первопричины проблем, оценивать их влияние на бизнес и предлагать практические решения. Умение конструктивно взаимодействовать с владельцами процессов и руководителями бизнеса. Готовность к периодическим командировкам в магазины, региональные подразделения, распределительные центры и другие объекты компании.
