Компания обладает узнаваемым продуктом и находится на этапе активного развития, усиления продаж и повышения эффективности дистрибуции. Основные задачи Разработать и реализовать коммерческую стратегию компании. Обеспечить рост продаж, выручки и маржинальности. Существенно расширить дистрибуцию и представленность продукции в торговых точках, особенно в регионах. Повысить эффективность региональных команд, дистрибьюторов и полевых продаж. Управлять ключевыми каналами: традиционная розница, современная розница, ключевые клиенты, гостинично-ресторанный сектор, оптовые и интернет-продажи. Усилить коммерческую аналитику, планирование и прогнозирование продаж. Управлять ценообразованием, ассортиментом, продвижением и коммерческой эффективностью. Совместно с маркетингом развивать торговый маркетинг и маркетинг, ориентированный на покупателя. Выстроить эффективное управление коммерческой командой, ключевыми показателями эффективности и мотивацией. Подготовить коммерческую функцию к запуску новых продуктов и дальнейшему масштабированию бизнеса. Requirements Более 10 лет коммерческого опыта, не менее 5 лет на руководящих позициях. Опыт работы коммерческим директором / руководителем продаж в товарах повседневного спроса; сильный заместитель также может рассматриваться. Опыт в продуктах питания и близких категориях товаров повседневного спроса будет преимуществом. Опыт управления крупной коммерческой командой и региональной структурой продаж. Опыт управления несколькими каналами продаж и работы с дистрибьюторами. Глубокое понимание системы вывода продукта на рынок, продаж дистрибьюторам и торговым сетям, а также продаж конечному покупателю. Сильная коммерческая аналитика и умение принимать решения на основе данных. Опыт управления прибылью и убытками, маржинальностью, ценообразованием и продвижением. Подтвержденные результаты роста продаж, дистрибуции или трансформации коммерческой функции. Готовность глубоко погружаться в работу регионов и регулярно работать «в поле».
