Omschrijving

Voor het Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard zoeken wij een interim projectleider HR & Facilitair met ervaring in crisismanagement en weerbaarheid. Als organisatie met een vitale publieke taak valt het hoogheemraadschap onder de nieuwe Wet weerbaarheid kritieke entiteiten (WWKE). Digitalisering, toenemende dreigingen en nieuwe wetgeving stellen hoge eisen aan de continuïteit en veiligheid van de organisatie. Daarom is een organisatiebreed Programma Weerbaarheid gestart.

Binnen dit programma ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de HR- en facilitaire thema’s. Je verbindt beleid, bedrijfsvoering en uitvoering en vertaalt de eisen uit wet- en regelgeving naar maatregelen die in de praktijk werken. Daarbij heb je oog voor fysieke beveiliging, bedrijfscontinuïteit en crisisbeheersing. Je hoeft niet alle onderwerpen al te kennen. Wel ben je een stevige projectleider die snel schakelt tussen strategie en uitvoering en zorgt dat afspraken ook echt landen in de organisatie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verder ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de aanpak voor weerbaarheid en de WWKE op het gebied van HR en facilitair
  • Vertalen van wetgeving en beveiligingsnormen naar praktische maatregelen
  • Verbinden van betrokken collega’s, management en externe partijen
  • Signaleren van risico’s en bewaken van de voortgang
  • Adviseren van management en professionals
  • Zorgen dat afgesproken maatregelen worden ingevoerd en geborgd

Wat vragen wij?

  • Ervaring als projectleider met complexe organisatievraagstukken
  • Ervaring binnen een publieke of bestuurlijke organisatie
  • Ervaring met weerbaarheid, veiligheid of crisismanagement vanuit de bedrijfsvoering
  • Goede communicatieve en adviserende vaardigheden
  • Overtuigingskracht en een resultaatgerichte, praktische werkwijze
  • Pré: ervaring met fysieke beveiliging binnen de overheid of vitale infrastructuur
  • Pré: kennis van de WWKE, NIS2, ISO 27001 en de Baseline Informatiebeveiliging Overheid (BIO)
  • Pré: kennis van integraal beveiligings- en risicomanagement

Locatie: Rotterdam
