Omschrijving

Wij zijn voor de Rijksinspectie Digitale Infrastructuur (RDI) op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider. De RDI zet zich in voor een veilig verbonden Nederland en werkt aan actuele thema’s zoals cyberveiligheid, digitale weerbaarheid, AI, 5G en digitale infrastructuur.

De opdracht vindt plaats binnen de directie Digitale Weerbaarheid en richt zich op de organisatie van de NISDUC 2027 (NIS Directive User Community), een internationaal congres op het gebied van digitale weerbaarheid, cybersecurity en toezicht. Tijdens dit congres komen toezichthouders, overheden en professionals uit Nederland, België en Luxemburg samen om kennis en ervaringen uit te wisselen rondom onder meer NIS2 en cybersecurity.

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke en organisatorische aansturing van het congres en zorg je voor een succesvolle realisatie van het programma en de samenwerking met alle betrokken partijen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je voert de projectleiding over het volledige programma van NISDUC 2027.
  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van het internationale cybersecuritycongres.
  • Je ontwikkelt, beheert en vult de verschillende programmalijnen en tracks.
  • Je stemt af met betrokken overheidsorganisaties, toezichthouders en partners.
  • Je organiseert internationale kennisuitwisseling en samenwerking binnen het congresprogramma.
  • Je stuurt het betrokken evenementenbureau aan.
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, voortgang en resultaten van het congres.
  • Je draagt zorg voor een professioneel en inhoudelijk sterk programma rondom digitale weerbaarheid en cybersecurity

Wat vragen wij?

Eisen:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen het cybersecuritydomein.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het aansturen van de organisatie van inhoudelijke congressen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexe opdrachten en omvangrijke trajecten met een hoog afbreukrisico.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een projectmanagementcertificering.

Aanvullende wensen:

  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider binnen de Rijksoverheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het organiseren van cybersecurity-events.
  • Je hebt ervaring met samenwerkingspartners binnen het cybersecuritydomein, zoals het Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC).

  • Je bent creatief in het ontwikkelen van programma’s en oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over organisatiesensitiviteit.
  • Je weet verschillende belangen effectief samen te brengen.
  • Je begrijpt de dynamiek van een publieke organisatie en beweegt je gemakkelijk binnen een complexe stakeholderomgeving.
