Als (Junior) Operational Excellence Coordinator (gn) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Funktion in unserem Operations-Team und trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass Kundenprozesse und Workflows im Alltag reibungslos funktionieren. Du arbeitest eng mit Customer Service, Produktteams und externen Vendoren zusammen und kannst Deine Expertise in Tools, Prozessen und datenbasierter Analyse gezielt einbringen und weiterentwickeln.   • Du übernimmst die Ownership für internen First-Level-Support rund um unsere zentralen Customer-Service-Tools – vom Intake bis zum Abschluss, mit klarer Priorisierung und Definition of Done
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Wissensdatenbanken und das Helpcenter weiter, etablierst Standards und sorgst dafür, dass Wissen schnell auffindbar und konsistent nutzbar ist
  • Du setzt Änderungen an Ticketfeldern, Formularen, Routing-Logiken, Makros und Helpcenter-Strukturen sowie an Call-Routing, IVR und QA-Grundlagen in unserer Cloud-Telefonanlage kontrolliert und nachvollziehbar um
  • Eine konsistente Umsetzung über alle Service-Kanäle stellst Du sicher – Voice, E-Mail, Chat und Self-Service
  • Du analysierst Muster datenbasiert, leitest Maßnahmen ab und setzt sie mit klarem Impact auf Effizienz und Frühwarnsysteme um – zum Beispiel bei Contact Reasons, Backlogs, Deflection-Raten oder wiederkehrenden Störungen
  • Du setzt moderne, KI-gestützte Features pragmatisch ein und kannst bei Interesse auch kleinere Automationen umsetzen oder anpassen, zum Beispiel mit n8n oder Power Automate

Deine Stärken

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Bachelorstudium mit kaufmännischer, technischer oder prozessnaher Ausrichtung
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in Operations, Customer Support/Success, Prozessmanagement oder Tool-Administration mit
  • Anfragen und Aufgaben kannst Du konsequent priorisieren und behältst auch bei parallelen Themen den Überblick
  • Du arbeitest detailorientiert und qualitätsbewusst und bringst eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung mit
  • Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern ergreifst die Initiative – Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast eine klare Bias for Action
  • Du bist im Microsoft-Umfeld sicher (Outlook, Teams, Excel) und hast idealerweise bereits mit Tickettools oder Cloud-Telefonanlagen gearbeitet, zum Beispiel Zendesk, Freshdesk, Aircall oder Vergleichbarem
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), zum Beispiel für Vendor-Support, Dokumentation und gelegentliche Meetings
