DEINE AUFGABEN

THE WHAT Als Development Engineer bei Blackwave entwickelst und industrialisierst du Fertigungsprozesse für moderne Composite- und Metalltechnologien unserer leichten und leistungsstarken COPVs.

Du begleitest den Übergang vom Prototypen zur Serienproduktion und arbeitest dabei eng mit Komponenten, Materialien, Wickelprozessen, Vorrichtungen und Formenbau zusammen, um zuverlässige, effiziente und flugfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln.

  • Composite- und Metallkomponenten werden mit Fokus auf Leichtbau und Performance entwickelt
  • Fertigungsprozesse werden für eine zuverlässige Serienproduktion skaliert und optimiert
  • Das Team hat einen technischen Ansprechpartner für Prozess- und Materialthemen

Deine Aufgaben im Detail und nach Priorität

Develop and build the future: Du arbeitest an der Entwicklung und Produktion unserer fortschrittlichen Composite-Produkte – vom Prototyp bis zur Serienfertigung.

→ High Performance: Du entwickelst leichte und leistungsstarke Lösungen für die Raumfahrt

Engineer for lightness: Du entwickelst Komponenten und Fertigungsprozesse mit Composite- und Metalltechnologien und einem klaren Fokus auf Leichtbau.

→ Accountability: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die technische Qualität und Performance deiner Lösungen

Shape innovation: Du bringst deine eigenen Ideen, Konzepte und Kreativität in schnelle, iterative Entwicklungsprozesse ein.

→ Togetherness: Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Disziplinen und Abteilungen zusammen

Scale and industrialize: Du skalierst und optimierst Fertigungsprozesse für eine effiziente und zuverlässige Serienproduktion.

Be the go-to expert: Du bist Ansprechpartner für Prozess- und Materialthemen rund um Komponenten, Wickeln, Vorrichtungen und Formen.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Diese Position fokussiert sich auf Development Engineering und die Industrialisierung unserer COPVs. Wir suchen aktuell keine Software-Development-Profile.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in Fertigungsprozessen, insbesondere Wickeltechnik oder Leichtbau, sowie Erfahrung mit Composite-Materialien
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit über verschiedene Disziplinen und Abteilungen hinweg
  • Sehr gute praktische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise an technische Herausforderungen
  • Kreativität, Neugier und Begeisterung für Leichtbau und neue Technologien
