THE WHAT Du unterstützt unsere IT Operations in den Bereichen Microsoft 365, Benutzer, Endgeräte, Hardware und bei täglichen IT-Anfragen. Du hilfst dabei, unsere Systeme, Geräte und Prozesse über mehrere Standorte hinweg zuverlässig, sicher und gut organisiert zu halten.

Du übernimmst zunehmend Verantwortung für eigene Aufgaben und Bereiche, verbesserst Dokumentation und Standards und arbeitest mit internen Teams sowie externen IT-Dienstleistern zusammen.

You ensure:

  • zuverlässiger Support für User, Systeme und Geräte
  • gepflegte IT-Hardware, Assets und Dokumentation
  • einheitliche IT-Prozesse und Standards über mehrere Standorte hinweg

Your tasks in detail and by priority

Du unterstützt Microsoft 365, Benutzerkonten, Endgeräte und tägliche IT-Anfragen. Du hilfst bei technischen Problemen sowie beim On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden.

→ High Performance: Du sorgst für zuverlässigen, strukturierten und nachhaltigen IT-Support

Du richtest IT-Hardware ein, verteilst sie und begleitest ihren Lebenszyklus. Außerdem pflegst und verwaltest du unsere IT-Assets.

→ Accountability: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Geräte und stellst deren Verfügbarkeit sicher

Du dokumentierst und standardisierst IT-Prozesse und unterstützt dabei, unsere IT über mehrere Standorte hinweg zu vereinheitlichen.

→ High Performance: Du schaffst klare, skalierbare und zuverlässige Prozesse

Du hilfst bei der Umsetzung grundlegender IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und trägst zu einer sicheren und gut organisierten IT bei.

→ Candor: Du stellst Fragen, sprichst Risiken an und kommunizierst Probleme offen

Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Teams und externen IT-Dienstleistern zusammen und übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung für eigene Aufgaben und Bereiche.

→ Togetherness & Playfulness: Du unterstützt andere, arbeitest gerne im Team und bleibst neugierig auf neue Tools und Lösungen

DEIN PROFIL

Must-Haves

  • Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT oder eines vergleichbaren Fachs
  • Technisches Verständnis und erste praktische Erfahrung mit IT, Microsoft 365, Windows, Hardware oder Netzwerken
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und gute Dokumentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, technische Probleme selbstständig zu lösen, sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an IT Operations und Security
  • Englisch B2 oder höher; Deutsch ist ein Plus
  • Bereitschaft, regelmäßig vor Ort zu arbeiten
