THE WHAT Du bereitest Tests vor, führst sie mit durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse. Du arbeitest im Labor und am Prüfstand – hands-on, im Team und jeden Tag mit echter Raumfahrt-Hardware.

THE WHY Wir bauen Druckbehälter und Carbonstrukturen für die Raumfahrt. Bevor unsere Hardware fliegt, wird sie getestet – und du sorgst dafür, dass das Testen läuft. Ohne dich steht der Prüfstand still.

YOUR IMPACT

Du unterstützt nicht nur Tests. Du sorgst dafür, dass Produktverifikation jeden Tag zuverlässig funktioniert.

Du stellst sicher, dass:

  • Testbereiche jederzeit einsatzbereit sind.
  • Prüfungen zuverlässig durchgeführt und sauber dokumentiert werden.
  • Auffälligkeiten frühzeitig erkannt und gemeldet werden.
  • das Testing-Team effizient arbeiten kann.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail und nach Priorität:

Du richtest Prüfstände und Proben ein, baust nach dem Test ab und hältst den Testbereich jederzeit einsatzbereit. → High Performance: Der Prüfstand ist bereit, wenn das Team ihn braucht.

Du unterstützt bei zerstörenden Prüfungen, Acceptance Testing und NDT-Aktivitäten und dokumentierst jeden Prüfablauf vollständig und nachvollziehbar. → Accountability: Was geprüft wurde, ist dokumentiert. Lückenlos.

Ungewöhnliche Beobachtungen an Proben, Prüfständen oder Ergebnissen meldest du sofort und transparent an das Team. → Candor: Du sprichst Probleme an, bevor sie größer werden.

Du packst dort mit an, wo Unterstützung benötigt wird – im Testing-Team ebenso wie bei der technischen Infrastruktur am Standort. → Togetherness: Wir gewinnen als Team.

Du lernst neue Prüfverfahren, Werkstoffe und NDT-Methoden kennen und entwickelst deine Fähigkeiten kontinuierlich weiter. → Playfulness: Neugier ist hier eine Stärke, keine Ablenkung.

DEIN PROFIL

Must-Haves

  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse daran, neue Prüfmethoden und Technologien kennenzulernen.
  • Motivierte, zuverlässige und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Anspruch, Aufgaben erfolgreich abzuschließen.
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und die Bereitschaft, andere zu unterstützen, wenn es darauf ankommt.
  • Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens auf B2-Niveau, wobei eine der beiden Sprachen sicher im Arbeitsalltag eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit vor Ort in Taufkirchen sowie zur zukünftigen Schichtarbeit bzw. versetzten Arbeitszeiten.

Nice to have

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkstoffprüfer/in (Kunststoff, Metall oder Faserverbundwerkstoffe/CFK) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Prüflabor, in der Werkstoffprüfung oder im technischen Testumfeld.
  • Erfahrung mit zerstörenden Prüfungen, NDT-Verfahren oder Acceptance Testing.
