THE WHAT Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere Werkstatt als System. Du stellst sicher, dass Abläufe, Arbeitsplätze, Maschinen, Werkzeuge und Materialien strukturiert, sicher und jederzeit einsatzbereit sind.

Du entwickelst Standards und Prozesse weiter, erkennst Probleme früh und sorgst dafür, dass der tägliche Betrieb reibungslos läuft. Du führst durch Struktur, praktisches Know-how und Umsetzung – nicht durch Hierarchie.

THE WHY Zuverlässige Produktion beginnt in der Werkstatt. Struktur, Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und saubere Abläufe schaffen die Grundlage für eine leistungsfähige Produktion.

YOUR IMPACT Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Werkstatt jederzeit bereit ist und unsere Produktion zuverlässig arbeiten kann.

  • einsatzbereite Arbeitsplätze, Maschinen und Werkzeuge
  • verfügbare Materialien, Verbrauchsmittel und PSA
  • sichere, saubere und reibungslose Werkstattabläufe

Your tasks in detail and by priority

Du verantwortest Abläufe, Ordnung und Sicherheit, organisierst Arbeitsplätze, Maschinen und Werkzeuge und entwickelst Standards und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.

→ High Performance: Du schaffst die Grundlage für effizientes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten

Du verantwortest Werkzeugmanagement, Arbeitsplatz-Ausstattung, Verbrauchsmaterialien und PSA, behältst Bestände im Blick, führst Inventuren durch und bestellst rechtzeitig.

→ Accountability: Du stellst eigenständig die Verfügbarkeit benötigter Ressourcen sicher

Du bist Ansprechperson für praktische Fragen zu Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Werkstattabläufen, weist Kolleg:innen ein, teilst dein Know-how und gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran.

Du stellst Sicherheits- und Werkstattstandards sicher, erkennst Probleme früh, sprichst sie direkt an und sorgst für jederzeit sichere und einsatzbereite Arbeitsplätze.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Werkstatt als System, hinterfragst Abläufe und setzt Verbesserungen pragmatisch um – ohne disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung oder Führung von Mitarbeitenden.

DEIN PROFIL

Must-Haves

  • Technische Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung im Metall-, Elektro-, Mechanik-, Fertigungs- oder Werkstattbereich, z. B. als Mechaniker:in, Schlosser:in, Elektriker:in, Industriemechaniker:in oder Industriemeister:in
  • Praktisches Know-how im Werkstattalltag und ein gutes Verständnis dafür, was in der Praxis funktioniert
  • Natürliche Autorität und die Fähigkeit, Kolleg:innen durch Wissen und Erfahrung anzuleiten – auch ohne formale Führungsrolle
  • Macher-Mentalität & Ownership: strukturiert, lösungsorientiert, hands-on und mit dem Anspruch, Probleme selbstständig zu lösen
  • Erfahrung im Werkzeug-, Material- oder Lager-Management sowie mit Inventuren und Bestellungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die tägliche Kommunikation im Team und mit Lieferanten; Englisch auf Gesprächsniveau (conversational) ausreichend

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung mit Werkstattstandards, Prozessentwicklung oder 5S-/Lean-Methoden
  • Erfahrung in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Produktionsumfeld mit hohen Anforderungen an Qualität, Sicherheit und Dokumentation
