Aktuelle Prozesse: Spinforming, Biegen & Wärmebehandlung.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail

Entwickle und optimiere Metallumformprozesse für Spinforming, Biegen und Wärmebehandlung.

Analysiere Prozessdaten, reduziere Variabilität und stelle reproduzierbare Ergebnisse sicher.

Führe Ursachenanalysen durch und beseitige Defekte nachhaltig.

Arbeite eng mit Design, Materials und Production zusammen und treibe gemeinsame Verbesserungen voran.

Bereite Prozesse für die Industrialisierung vor, verbessere deren Effizienz und definiere sowie dokumentiere Standards.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Studium in Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Materialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Metallumformung, Fertigung oder Prozessengineering
  • Fundiertes Verständnis des Materialverhaltens bei Umformprozessen und Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung
  • Erfahrung in Qualitäts- und Fehleranalyse sowie eine strukturierte, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise Aerospace oder Automotive
  • Ebenfalls Erfahrung mit Spinforming, Biegen oder Wärmebehandlung
