THE WHAT Du treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Fertigungsprozesse voran. Du koordinierst Production Engineering über Teams hinweg, priorisierst offene Themen und entwickelst unsere Produktion in Richtung robuster und skalierbarer Serienprozesse.

Du stellst sicher, dass Produktionsprobleme nachhaltig gelöst, Standards verankert und neue Maschinen, Vorrichtungen und Werkzeuge zuverlässig integriert werden.

THE WHY Unsere Produkte können nur skalieren, wenn unsere Fertigung stabil, reproduzierbar und bereit für jeden Ramp-up ist. Du sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Produktionsprozesse gemeinsam mit dem Unternehmen weiterentwickeln und den Anforderungen der Raumfahrt gerecht werden.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail

Fertigungsprozesse: Analyse und Verbesserung unserer Prozesse mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit und Robustheit.

→ High Performance: Raise the bar. Build for scale

Offene Themen: Priorisierung und konsequentes Vorantreiben von Produktionsthemen über die einzelnen Prozessschritte hinweg.

→ Ownership: See the problem. Drive the solution

Produktionsstandards: Einführung und nachhaltige Verankerung von 5S an Arbeitsplätzen und im Materialhandling.

→ High Performance: Set the standard. Keep it high

Vorrichtungen & Werkzeuge: Weiterentwicklung von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung und Verifizierung.

→ Ownership: From idea to impact

Neue Maschinen: Koordination von Stakeholdern und Engineering bei der Spezifikation neuer Maschinen und Sicherstellung der Produktionsanforderungen.

→ Togetherness: Align teams. Deliver together

DEIN PROFIL

  • Verständnis für die Anforderungen der Raumfahrt und skalierbare Fertigungsprozesse
  • Erfahrung mit Kaizen, SMED, 5S oder vergleichbaren Methoden
  • Erfahrung mit 5 Why, Ishikawa und FMEA
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Produktion und sichere Kommunikation mit Engineering, Qualität, Planung und Management
  • Erfahrung als Change Agent bei der Einführung neuer Technologien, Prozesse und Maschinen
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch (C1) sowie Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Präsenz an unseren Standorten Garching und Taufkirchen
