DEINE AUFGABEN

THE WHAT Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die operative Beschaffung und Supply Chain und stellst Materialverfügbarkeit, zuverlässige Lieferungen und skalierbare Kostenstrukturen sicher. Du koordinierst Forecasts, Lieferanten, Einkaufsprozesse und KPIs gemeinsam mit Engineering, Production und Management.

Du stellst sicher:

  • 98 % Materialverfügbarkeit und keine Produktionsausfälle durch Materialengpässe
  • Zuverlässige Lieferanten, kontrollierte Kosten und reduzierte Supply-Chain-Risiken
  • Transparente, skalierbare und datenbasierte Einkaufsprozesse

Deine Aufgaben im Detail und nach Priorität

Forecasts mit Engineering und Production koordinieren, Lieferzeiten steuern und Materialengpässe vermeiden.

→ High Performance: Präzision bei Geschwindigkeit. Ergebnis vor Aktivität

Einsparpotenziale identifizieren, Preise und Verträge verhandeln und transparente Kostenstrukturen schaffen.

→ Accountability: Verantwortung für deinen Impact übernehmen. Keine Blindflüge bei Kosten

Single-Source-Risiken erkennen sowie Lieferzeiten, Qualität, Kapazitäten und Eskalationen aktiv steuern.

→ Candor: Klar kommunizieren und Probleme frühzeitig lösen

Klare Einkaufs- und Freigabeprozesse etablieren, ERP-Daten sauber pflegen und weiterentwickeln sowie manuelle Fehlerquellen reduzieren.

→ High Performance: Konsequente Umsetzung

A/B/C-Klassifizierung etablieren, regelmäßige Performance Reviews durchführen und Partnerschaften mit strategischen Lieferanten stärken.

→ Togetherness: Ein Team – auch nach außen

Ein Procurement-Dashboard aufbauen, OTIF, Lead Time und Forecast Accuracy tracken, monatlich an das Management reporten sowie Automatisierungs- und Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren.

DEIN PROFIL

Must-Haves

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium in BWL, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Vollzeiterfahrung in Einkauf, Logistik, Supply Chain oder Operations in einem produzierenden Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Excel- und ERP-Kenntnisse inklusive Stammdatenpflege
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und analytische Stärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
  • Ownership-Mindset: Du übernimmst Verantwortung, arbeitest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, bleibst unter Druck ruhig und setzt klare Prioritäten

  • Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement und in Verhandlungen
  • Du erkennst Probleme frühzeitig und löst sie proaktiv
