DEINE AUFGABEN

THE WHAT Du bedienst Filament-Winding-Anlagen zur Herstellung unserer Hochdruck-Composite-Tanks. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass Komponenten gemäß Spezifikation gefertigt werden, die Prozesse stabil laufen und unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Maschinenbedienung, die Prozessüberwachung und die Qualität deiner gefertigten Komponenten – von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbearbeitung.

THE WHY Performance entsteht im Prozess, nicht nur im Design. Ein stabiler und kontrollierter Wickelprozess ist entscheidend für die Herstellung hochwertiger und zuverlässiger Komponenten.

Mit deiner Arbeit trägst du direkt dazu bei, dass unsere COPVs sicher und zuverlässig für den Einsatz in der Raumfahrt gefertigt werden.

YOUR IMPACT Du bedienst nicht einfach Maschinen. Du sorgst dafür, dass aus präzisen Prozessen zuverlässige, flugfähige Komponenten entstehen.

Du stellst sicher:

  • Filament-Winding-Prozesse laufen stabil und gemäß Spezifikation
  • Komponenten werden zuverlässig geprüft und nur einwandfreie Teile weitergegeben
  • Abweichungen werden frühzeitig erkannt, dokumentiert und kommuniziert

Deine Aufgaben im Detail und nach Priorität

Du bedienst Filament-Winding-Anlagen und überwachst relevante Prozessparameter. Du führst vor- und nachgelagerte Arbeiten wie Vacuum Bagging, Vorbereitung für das Aushärten und Entpacken durch und sorgst für einen stabilen Maschinenbetrieb.

→ High Performance: Du arbeitest präzise und stellst eine konstant hohe Fertigungsqualität sicher

Du prüfst Komponenten während und nach der Produktion. Fehlerhafte oder ungeprüfte Teile werden niemals weitergegeben. Prozessabweichungen meldest du sofort und hältst Arbeitsanweisungen, Dokumentation und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz konsequent ein.

→ Accountability: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für jedes von dir gefertigte Bauteil

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Du arbeitest eng mit QA und anderen Teams zusammen, kommunizierst Probleme und Abweichungen offen und frühzeitig und bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung von Prozessen ein.

→ Togetherness: Du arbeitest zuverlässig und nahtlos als Teil des Teams → Candor: Du sprichst sofort an, wenn etwas nicht stimmt → Playfulness: Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und hilfst dabei, Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erfahrung in der Produktion, CNC-/Maschinenbedienung, Metallverarbeitung, Kunststoffverarbeitung, Automotive oder einem vergleichbaren Produktionsumfeld
  • Praktische, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Verständnis für Qualitätsstandards und Fertigungstoleranzen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis
