  • Bauteile werden präzise und zuverlässig gefertigt
  • Produktionsprozesse laufen sicher und konstant

Deine Aufgaben im Detail und nach Priorität

Produktionsanlagen bedienen und Prozesse zuverlässig am Laufen halten.

→ High Performance: Präzise und konstant arbeiten

Bauteile reinigen, schleifen, montieren und nach definierten Prozessen bearbeiten.

→ Accountability: Verantwortung für Qualität und Ergebnisse übernehmen

Strukturierte Abläufe einhalten, Arbeitsschritte dokumentieren und für einen sauberen Arbeitsplatz sorgen.

→ Candor: Probleme offen erkennen und kommunizieren

Eng mit Produktion und Qualität zusammenarbeiten, Probleme erkennen und Verbesserungen vorschlagen.

→ Togetherness: Probleme gemeinsam lösen und das Team unterstützen

Mit Eigeninitiative und Neugier zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und Produktionsleistung beitragen.

DEIN PROFIL

Must-Haves

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Werkzeugen, Maschinen oder idealerweise Metall – aus Beruf, Werkstatt oder Hobby
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Dinge aktiv umzusetzen
  • Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau
  • Bereitschaft zwischen 6:00 und 22:00 Uhr für 8 Stunden zu arbeiten; Zwei-Schicht-System, keine Wochenenden oder Feiertage erforderlich
  • Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf (z. B. Schlosser, Schreiner, Metallbauer, Kfz-Mechaniker) oder vergleichbare, anderweitig erworbene Fähigkeiten

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung in Produktion oder Fertigung
  • Deutschkenntnisse für die tägliche Zusammenarbeit
