THE WHAT Entwickle den Standort, der die nächste Generation von Aerospace Manufacturing möglich macht. Von der ersten Standortanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für eines unserer strategisch wichtigsten Projekte. Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst du interne Teams, externe Partner und Behörden und führst alle relevanten Themen zu einem skalierbaren Gesamtkonzept zusammen.

  • Ein zukunftsfähiges und skalierbares Standortkonzept
  • Zusammenführung der Anforderungen aller relevanten Fachbereiche
  • Professionelle Steuerung von Planung, Genehmigungen, Budget, Zeitplan und Risiken
  • Effiziente Zusammenarbeit aller Projektpartner
  • Erfolgreiche Umsetzung und Inbetriebnahme

Deine Aufgaben im Detail

Steuerung des Gesamtprojekts von der Standortanalyse über Planung und Umsetzung bis zur Inbetriebnahme.

Anforderungen aus Produktion, Logistik, Engineering und weiteren Bereichen zu einem skalierbaren Gesamtkonzept verbinden.

Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Architekten und Fachplanern sowie Steuerung aller relevanten Genehmigungsthemen.

Produktionsflächen, Materialfluss, TGA, IT-Infrastruktur und Gebäudetechnik gemeinsam mit Experten und Partnern umsetzen.

→ High Performance: Build it right. Build it for scale.

Projektpartner führen: Externe Dienstleister koordinieren, transparent kommunizieren und Budget, Termine sowie Qualität sicherstellen.

→ Togetherness: Align teams. Deliver together.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in komplexen Industrie-, Produktions- oder Standortentwicklungsprojekten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Produktionsstandorten, Industriegebäuden oder vergleichbaren Projekten von Planung bis Umsetzung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fabrikplanung, Produktionslayout, Materialfluss, Infrastruktur und TGA
  • Sicheres Zusammenbringen unterschiedlicher Interessen und Kommunikation mit Teams, Behörden, Planern und externen Partnern
  • Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit sicherem Überblick auch bei komplexen Projekten
  • Langfristiges Denken, pragmatisches Handeln und die Fähigkeit, Konzepte in Realität zu überführen
