DEINE AUFGABEN

THE WHAT Verantwortung für das Metall: Jeder Umformschritt, jede Schweißnaht und jede bearbeitete Oberfläche, aus der ein Liner entsteht. Übernahme und Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Teams sowie Aufbau eines Systems, das individuelle Leistung in Serienproduktions-Performance überführt.

Verantwortung für Team-Output und die Entwicklung der Metallverarbeitung. Fokus auf Qualität, Durchsatz, Prozessreife und Teamentwicklung. Sicherstellung, dass die Produktion nie durch eine Einschränkung auf der Liner-Seite blockiert wird.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail und nach Priorität

Übernahme des bestehenden Teams ab Tag eins, Weiterentwicklung, Steigerung des Outputs und Setzen des Standards für Qualität und Durchsatz.

→ Accountability: Verantwortung für den eigenen Impact. Keine Mitläufer

Entwicklung neuer und verbesserter Umform-, Schweiß- und Bearbeitungsprozesse. Entweder mit eigener starker Entwicklungserfahrung oder in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem Entwicklungsexperten, sodass die notwendige technische Expertise abgedeckt ist.

→ High Performance: Für Skalierung entwickeln. Auf Reproduzierbarkeit auslegen

Aufbau eines Teams, das unter Druck leistungsfähig ist, direktes Feedback gibt und Verantwortung übernimmt – im Einklang mit unseren Werten.

Produktionspläne in Teamprioritäten übersetzen, Engpässe schnell auflösen und den Output auf Kurs halten.

Lücken in der Fertigungsreife identifizieren und schließen. Prozesse in Richtung Reproduzierbarkeit, Dokumentation und Skalierbarkeit weiterentwickeln.

DEIN PROFIL

Must-Haves

  • Volle Verantwortung für den Output des Teams. Nicht darauf warten, gefragt zu werden – sich selbst und das Team klar führen, auch wenn es unangenehm wird
  • MSc in Engineering – Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Bereits Menschen geführt, nicht nur Projekte. Verständnis für echte Teamentwicklung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Metallverarbeitung – Umformen, Schweißen oder Zerspanung. Verständnis des Prozesses von innen
  • Klare und direkte Kommunikation auf jeder Ebene – Operatoren, Techniker und C-Level. Botschaften ohne unnötiges Rauschen vermitteln. Erfahrung in Serienproduktion sowie Verständnis für Reproduzierbarkeit, Durchsatz und Skalierbarkeit
  • 100 % vor Ort. Führung durch Präsenz. Englisch mindestens C1, Deutsch mindestens B1

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung in der Prozess- oder Fertigungsentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in Planung und Projektmanagement in einem Produktionsumfeld. Praktischer Shopfloor-Hintergrund
