About the Role

Join a growing customer service team supporting the energy sector in Portugal. As a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will assist customers through multiple channels, provide solutions to their enquiries, and contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Manage customer requests through back-office channels.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the customer journey.
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Handle objections and complaints professionally.
  • Perform customer service and sales-related activities.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with multiple systems, applications, and digital tools.

Requirements

  • French proficiency (C1/C2 mandatory).
  • Good computer and digital skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre, Sales, Customer Care, or Advisory roles is an advantage.
  • Availability to work rotating schedules.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
  • Candidates must already be residing in Portugal.
  • EU work authorization required.

Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00
