About the Role

Join an international digital advertising and sales team in Lisbon as a Sales Developer supporting the English-speaking market. In this role, you will proactively engage with new business prospects, guide them through the onboarding process, and help increase platform engagement through consultative outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage new potential clients through outbound calls.
  • Support prospects throughout the sign-up and activation process.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations and handle objections effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to grow customer engagement and business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

  • English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or B2B sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative selling mindset.
  • Ability to engage decision-makers and build business relationships.
  • Interest in digital marketing and online advertising.
  • Solution-oriented and target-driven approach.
  • EU work authorization required.
