岗位职责 1. 根据游戏产品视觉风格，设计并制作游戏界面动效相关资源；基于对运动规律与节奏感的深入理解，确保特效表现富有张力与爽快感，提升整体项目的视觉品质。 2. 负责活动和BOSS鱼2D动效表现的制作，持续调整和打磨特效，以实现提升整体品质的目标。 3. 根据需求，配合策划提出相应的2D动效优化方案，合理规划动效资源规模。 4. 参与对产品相关的动效资源进行合理优化，为玩家提供良好的体验。 5. 协助团队验收效果和资源，并持续优化美术效果。

任职要求 一.经验与能力门槛 1. 3-5 年以上 2D 动效经验（动作 + 特效双线）； 2. 具备 2D 动作 + 2D 特效双能力，能独立走完「绑定 → 动作 → 特效 → 实机」全链路； 3. 能清楚说明个人负责范围，而非仅展示团队成品。 二.专业技能与美术功底 1. 具备美术或设计相关专业背景，拥有扎实的美术基本功和色彩理论知识，对节奏感、打击感及视觉张力有深刻的理解；擅长运用手绘设计特效、粒子系统、动画及模型变形等方式，打造极具表现力的动效画面。 2. 精通 2D 工作流，熟练掌握以下软件： - Spine：骨骼绑定、Mesh、IK、路径约束、图集管理； - AE / Ps：特效合成、序列帧、粒子素材制作。 3. 熟悉 AI 辅助流程（中间帧生成、特效素材生成 + 精修），具备独立优化动效表现的能力。 三.协作与落地能力 1. 能与客户端协作落地：理解图集、粒子、帧率的性能预算，交付可实机运行的资源； 2. 具备优秀的团队内部沟通能力和自我驱动力，善于将前沿技术转化为实际生产力，持续探索并优化特效工作流程；不仅关注特效本身的质感，更能够从游戏整体视觉表现和玩家体验的角度出发，具有推动项目品质提升的责任感和热情。 四.作品要求 1. 能展示近期作品、Spine 工程文件、特效源文件与实机录屏； 2. 有参与完整 2D 游戏项目动效制作经验者优先。
