岗位职责： 1. 负责角色2D动作设计，能根据游戏产品视觉风格，创作出符合角色性格的动作； 2. 负责运用镜头语言和节奏创作出优秀概念设计方案； 3. 参与对产品相关的动效资源做出合理的优化，使玩家获得良好的交互体验； 4. 协助团队验收效果/资源，不断优化美术效果； 任职要求: 1. 大专及以上学历，游戏2D动画、影视、动画等设计相关专业优先； 2. 动画要有设计想法，动画理论基础功扎实，对运动规律节奏有深入理解； 3. 三年以上美术类工作经验，参与过至少两个完整的项目开发，有横版动作类，捕鱼，slotsgame，游戏制作经验优先； 4. 熟练掌握一种或多种特效制作软件（Spine、DrangonBones、PS、AE、Flash），对动效的实现与性能有深入的了解，有一定的手绘能力者优先； 5. 具备扎实的美术与动画功底（能手绘关键帧最佳），具有丰富想象力与创造力； 6. 抗压能力强，思维活跃，主动，擅于沟通，乐于分享。
