岗位职责： 1. 了解策划需求，配合策划根据游戏内容提出相应的3D特效优化方案，合理规划特效资源大小； 2. 配合动画师与模型师不断调整打磨特效以达到提升整体品质的目标； 3. 参与具体特效设计任务，审核外包提交的特效资源，指导外包制作，并且能够整理规范。

任职资格: 1. 大专以上学历，八大美院艺术类专业出身或有海外留学经历优先； 2. 5年以上工作经验，具有一定的手绘能力，有良好的光影色彩把握能力，熟悉2D及3D特效制作流程； 3. 熟练使用Unity、Spine、Flash、Dragonbones、PS、3Dmax、Maya、 AE等特效相关软件； 4. 了解Shader forge shader graph等材质编辑工具； 4. 熟练掌握Unity3d粒子系统，熟悉粒子特效与模型特效的制作，了解游戏特效编辑器的基本功能和常用规范 ； 5. 有良好的协作能力及语言表达能力，抗压性强，具备高度的耐心和责任心。 P.S.投递简历时，请附加作品集
