岗位职责： 1. 有5年以上3Dunity游戏特效制作经验者优先； 2. 有较强的特效设计能力，理解各种效果带来的感官体验，能驾驭角色动作的设计，配合特效不断创新提升体验;想象力丰富，色彩和节奏的感觉好，创新能力强; 3. 擅于镜头表演动画的特效设计，对镜头语言有一定了解; 4. 在尽可能保证效率的前提下提供优化方案，提高产品质量；配合程序进行引擎内的调试、最终编辑、优化、导出工作。 7、责任心强，沟通能力强，遇到问题可以主动和项目组沟通。

任职资格: 1. 大专以上学历，八大美院艺术类专业出身或有海外留学经历优先； 2. 具有一定的手绘能力，有良好的光影色彩把握能力，熟悉2D及3D特效制作流程； 3. 熟练使用Unity、Spine、Flash、Dragonbones、PS、3Dmax、Maya、 AE等特效相关软件，了解Shader forge shader graph等材质编辑工具； 4. 熟练掌握Unity3d粒子系统，熟悉粒子特效与模型特效的制作，了解游戏特效编辑器的基本功能和常用规范 ； 5. 有良好的协作能力及语言表达能力，抗压性强，具备高度的耐心和责任心。
