岗位职责： 1. 负责游戏内Ul特效、界面动效、场景氛围等3D特效的设计与制作； 2. 熟练使用粒子系统，熟练使用Timeline把特效与动作模块结合以及熟悉Shader参数； 3. 对特效的实现与性能有一定的了解，保证制作的品质； 4. 协助对产品相关的特效资源做出合理的优化，使玩家获得良好的交互体验； 5. 参与特效资源库的建设，积累和分享特效制作经验； 6. 熟悉AI应用，紧跟时势能深入探索。 任职资格: 1. 学历：本科及以上学历，美院艺术类特效专业出身优先； 2. 经验：1年及以上3D特效制作经验，优先校招; 3. 熟练使用unity引擎制作特效，了解Unity编辑器的基本功能和常用规范 ； 4. 熟练使用Ps、Ae、3Dmax等软件产出所需的特效素材； 5. 能够适应产品的不同风格，具有较强的沟通能力，执行能力和问题解决能力； 6. 具有优秀的色感、节奏感，对运动规律有较深的认知，有自己的审美体系；
