岗位职责： 1. 负责配合产品美术主管制定游戏动作风格，输出动作设计模版和规范； 2. 负责具体动作设计任务，审核外包提交的动作资源和指导外包制作； 3. 负责与策划、程序沟通动作效果及实现方式，并协助资源入库； 4. 协助主美、策划、程序丰富游戏引擎的画面效果； 5. 参与团队需求对接并根据项目情况给与相应的反馈.

任职要求: 1. 全日制统招专科或以上学历，专业美术院校毕业优先； 2. 3年以上动作设计经验，有U3D项目经验更佳； 3. 热爱游戏，关注游戏体验，结合本岗位工作配合产品改进游戏体验； 4. 精通3D MAX、Maya，Unity等相关设计软件； 5. 对人体、四足动物、肢体结构有一定研究； 6. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能快速融入团队。 *请在发送简历时附带自己的近期作品，包含以往或在线作品展示
