岗位职责 1. 参与AI中台技术架构设计，明确本地Sidecar Agent、现有Agent、模型网关、信息服务接口、数据模型以及相关功能边界。 2. 设计并开发本地 Sidecar Agent，实现身份认证、配置管理、后台运行、本地持久化、状态上报及安装升级。 3. 适配现有 Agent 和 AI 工具，在授权范围内采集会话、工具调用、命令执行、文件变更等事件，完成数据标准化、脱敏与上传，并建立可追踪的事件关联机制。 4. 建设可靠的端云同步链路，实现断网缓存、失败重试、数据去重等处理，控制本地资源占用及服务端处理压力。 5. 建立端侧与服务侧的日志、监控和故障诊断能力，开展兼容性验证、自动化测试及部署联调。 6. 参与或主导AI资产复用链路的设计，包括但不限于prompt模板、skill、AIGC pipeline等，实现AI资产的查询、版本管理、分发与加载，与应用及业务人员协作完成集成。

任职要求 1. 计算机或相关专业，工作3-5年。 2. 熟练掌握Go或Python中至少一种语言，依靠AI Coding工具能快速开展跨开发语言的二次开发。具备代码审核、测试验证和维护能力。 3. 具备扎实的软件工程基础，能够独立负责模块设计、开发与交付。具备后端服务开发经验，熟悉API、异步处理、关系型数据库及本地存储。 4. 具备客户端、桌面工具、CLI、后台服务或本地Agent开发经验，熟悉进程管理、文件系统、文件监听和操作系统权限。 5. 熟悉网络通信与可靠同步机制，能够处理超时、重试、断网、重复消息及并发访问问题；理解凭证保护、数据脱敏和访问控制。 6. 具备Agent应用或Agent平台开发经验，熟悉LLM API、上下文管理、工具调用及Agent执行流程，熟悉Skills、RAG等能力的集成方式，持续关注跟踪Agent和Harness工程最新进展，能够分析现有Agent接入方式和技术限制。 7. 能够与产品、后端及业务团队协作，将不确定工具集成问题通过POC转化为明确的实施方案。
