岗位职责 负责波克的Android 客户端安全 SDK设计、开发、迭代与性能优化，实现手游防篡改、防调试、防注入、防抓包、内存保护、环境风控、虚拟机 / 模拟器检测等核心安全能力。 持续跟进手游黑灰产作弊手段，针对安卓变速挂、脚本外挂、云手机、群控、虚拟机运行、脱壳破解、二次打包等作弊方式进行逆向分析、原理拆解、特征提取，输出对抗策略并落地防护方案。 主动挖掘 Android 手游客户端安全漏洞，包括数据明文存储、逻辑漏洞、校验不严、本地校验绕过、注入漏洞、Hook 绕过风险，输出修复方案、安全规范与风控策略，提升手游整体抗破解、抗作弊能力。 跟进 Android 新版本系统特性、内核机制、应用层与 Native 层攻防技术、加固脱壳、虚拟化环境对抗、隐私沙盒限制、系统指纹伪造等前沿黑灰产技术，开展安全预研并落地常态化防护能力。 对接内部手游业务线，支持游戏版本迭代、过审加固、上线安全测试，快速定位作弊绕过漏洞，紧急上线防护策略，保障游戏公平性与运营稳定性。 沉淀 Android 手游攻防对抗案例、逆向分析报告、SDK 优化方案、风控特征库，推动移动端安全防护体系标准化、自动化、智能化建设。

任职要求： 熟练掌握 Android Native 开发（C/C++），熟悉 Java/Kotlin 基础，精通 Android 应用层、Native 层运行机制。 扎实的 ARM/ARM64 汇编基础，熟练使用 IDA、Frida、GDB 等工具，具备安卓逆向、脱壳、Hook 分析能力。 深入理解 Android 系统机制：ART 虚拟机、SO 加载流程、内存布局、权限机制、进程隔离、ptrace 调试机制。 熟悉手游主流作弊方式与对抗原理，具备反调试、反 Hook、防注入、环境检测等移动端安全开发经验。 具备良好的逻辑思维、攻防对抗思维，能持续跟进黑灰产新技术，抗压能力强。 优先加分项 有手游安全 SDK、安卓加固、移动端反外挂、Native 防护开发实际项目经验优先。 熟悉各类加固框架原理、脱壳方案、群控 / 虚拟机 / 云手机环境识别与对抗优先。 熟悉 Android 内核、selinux、系统源码、双开 / 分身环境原理者优先。 熟练使用 Python 编写自动化分析、批量风控、特征抓取工具优先。 有 CTF 移动安全题、漏洞挖掘、移动端安全研究成果优先。
